Looking to build confidence in the kitchen while learning something new? Join our Carers Cooking Class for a fun, practical session focused on creating a healthy, simple, and low-cost vegetarian meal.

In this session, you will:
• Improve your basic cooking skills and confidence
• Learn to prepare a delicious meal (enough for two!) to take home
• Explore budgeting and shopping tips to help you plan affordable, nutritious meals
